Parcel Castle Logiztix is a courier system based online which offers its members the opportunity to receive packages from the U.S. by providing a mailing address so we are able to have your packages delivered to you here in Jamaica.

Packages are updated in batches and usually within 72 hours, based on the volume of packages being logged. If the shipping label generated by your sender, was printed without your unique courier code and mail box number, the warehouse will not be able to up update your account. Therefore, it is important to include your unique identification code in the address. If you observe a delay after 72 hours, please reach out to us.
The warehouse will not be able to assign your package to us and therefore will log it in an “unknown” state. The package will be detained by the warehouse.
Once the package is detained, we will be required to check for it in the system and request for it to be released and assigned to Parcel Castle.
Once your package is delivered to our Florida warehouse and logged in your account, you can expect it within 3 to 10 business days.
Purchases over $50USD are subject to customs charges. Keep your orders below $50 USD, to avoid these additional fees. The Jamaica Customs Agency requests invoices, to see the value of the purchase(s) and if the value isn’t declared, it is at risk of being assigned a higher value, resulting in customs charges.
All packages undergoing the customs clearance process are subject to a search. Please note, Parcel Castle does not open your packages.
Parcel Castle is required to declare to the Jamaica Customs Agency, the items entering the country through our service. With the invoices, they are also able to see the purchase value of each package and this decreases the chance of delays or a higher value being assigned to your package(s) during the customs clearance process.
Sign up - Go to https://parcelcastle.com/ and create your free membership account. You will receive a U.S. shipping address, which is where we will receive and house your item(s) until they are sent to Jamaica.
Shop - Go online to your preferred shopping sites which ship to the U.S. and provide them with the mailing address we’ve provided.
You can also share this address with your family and/or friends who would like to ship to you from overseas.
Be sure to include your unique “XSX” identification code. You can also include Parcel Castle in your last name.
Ship - Once your package(s) arrive(s) at our U.S. warehouse and is successfully updated on your profile, you will receive an email confirmation and will be able to view the details of the package in your personal portal. There, you will upload your invoice(s) to avoid delays during the customs clearance process.
Collect - When the package(s) arrive in Jamaica and is/are cleared by the Jamaica Customs Agency, we will collect it on your behalf.
Deliver - We will reach out to you to arrange the delivery of your package(s). You will receive a bill via email and to receive your package(s), you will be required to have the payment settled via bank transfer, PayPal, Lynk, or cash on delivery.
You can have us order for you through our shop for me service using one of our in-house debit cards.
